MINUS THE RESIDUAL VALUE
DIVIDE BY THE NUMBER OF MONTHS
OF THE LEASE. THIS EQUAL YOUR
MONTHLY DEPRECIATION
INTEREST EQUALS:
THE NEGOTIATED SELLING PRICE
LESS ALL REBATES
LESS ALL DEALER REBATES
PLUS THE RESIDUAL VALUE
MULTIPLIED BY THE MONEY FACTOR
THE RESULT IS THEN DIVIDE BY
THE NUMBER OF MONTHS
OF THE LEASE. THIS EQUAL YOUR
MONTHLY INTEREST
NOW ADD THE
MONTHLY DEPRECIATION
TO THE MONTHLY INTEREST.
THIS EQUALS THE TOTAL
MONTHLY LEASE PAYMENT
PLUS TAX, MV ETC.
